Research Abstract
The current study aimed at assessing the Electronic Phonological Disorders by applying it to a sample of first- year primary education pupils who are at-risk of learning disabilities (50 pupils). After checking the scale against the methodological rules and investigating the psychometric characteristics, the researcher concluded that the required characteristics are available in the scale. The scale has validity and reliability that make it easy to apply and rely on. Among its types of validity are (face validity-discriminant validity). The scale is also reliable (Cornbrash’s alpha coefficient. 0,706). - re-application 0,723). The study concluded that all the methods used to verify the Psychometric Characteristics of Electronic Phonological Disorders Scale asserted that it was valid to use. Accordingly, it is reliable to be applied to similar samples
