فعالية بعض الأنشطة المتكاملة في تخفيف حدة التلعثم لدى عينة من المراهقين
Research Abstract
Speech is one of the most important means of communication through which adolescent expresses his personality fluently and clearly, if his communication tool is disrupted, he may suffer from isolation, introversion, and poor self-confidence due to his inability to communicate with others and with surrounding community, so the main question in this research is: What is the effectiveness of some integrated activities in reducing stuttering in a sample of adolescents?
The study sample consisted of "20" adolescents with stuttering, aged (14:16) years, it was divided into two groups: experimental and control groups. Severity of stuttering scale (By Sayed El-Bahas) and the integrated activities program (By the researcher) were used. by processing its findings statistically, the study concluded that there were statistically significant differences at (0.01) level between the mean rank degrees of experimental and control groups in reducing stuttering in a sample of adolescents after conducting the integrated activities favoring the experimental group, which confirmed the effectiveness of such activities.
