THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A COUNSELING PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPING THE UNDERACHIEVERS' ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION
Master Abstract
Underachievement is a school and social problem which is of much interest for the parents, teachers and pupils. The present study was important theoretically and practically. presented a suggested counseling program for developing the primary school pupils who suffer from academic underachievement. The sample of the present study consisted of 18 male and female pupils at the primary stage. study findings There was statistically significant difference at 0.01 significance level between the scores ranks means of the experimental group and those of the control group on achievement motivation scale immediately after the application of the counseling program.

Articulation and speech disorders have a significant impact on the communication between individuals, and reducing these disturbances of opportunities to participate and interact with others and integration with those around them, leading to a feeling of isolation, this may lead to difficulties in his relations with others, that may lead to his rejection not only that but see it as an easy prey for the exercise of bullying behavior in all its forms to become a victim of this behavior. The study presented a suggested a training program contributes to reduce some articulation and speech disorders in a sample of children victims of the bullying behavior and verify its effectiveness. The sample of the present study consisted of (8) pupils at the primary stage. study findings There was statistically significant difference at 0.01 significance level between the scores ranks means of the experimental group and those of the control group on a severity of articulation and speech disorders scale after conducting of the program directly, favoring the experimental group.
