Activities for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2021

Under the generous sponsorship of His Excellency the Minister, Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President for Environmental Affairs and Community Service, and a delegation from the Faculty of Sciences for People with Special Needs presented by Prof. Heba Allah Abu El-Nile, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Ahmed Allam Vice Dean for Environmental Affairs and Community Service, with the participation of Dr. Abu Deif Mokhtar from the Department of Visual Impairment and Dr. Hammad Ahmed from the Department of Mental Disability and m. Nasser Hamdan from the Learning Disabilities Department and a group of college students visited the family of the victors in Al-Fashn city as part of the activities of the International Day for Persons with Disabilities 2021. In the visit, the educational class in the family was inspected, the teachers followed up and guided them, and the types of disabilities were identified. The rehabilitation workshops for people with disabilities, including wooden and decorative, prosthetic devices and means, were visited.
